Sunglasses: Ray-Ban Aviators
In the end the party ended up being a great success (thanks Mom!). My high school and college friends came, as well as my extended family, who kindly travelled from all over to attend. We spent the afternoon eating delicious catered food and ventured outdoors in to the garden once the sun came out. Everyone was beyond generous and spoiled me with gifts. I feel so blessed to have so many great people in my life.
A party planning book that my mom read recommended 12-16 bottles for a party of 24 (?!). To help use up some of the wine I made red and white sangria. The white sangria turned out the best and was a big hit. Here's the recipe!
-1 bottle of white wine (I used pinot grigio)
-half a cup of peach schnapps
-2 cans of lemon lime soda
-cut up fruit (I used one peach and a handful of strawberries)
Love these photos! That dress is seriously perfect for all summer events.
ReplyDeleteWow - congratulations, girl!! That is a HUGE accomplishment! Beautiful pictures too :)

Summer graduation party! It looks superb and your style is really fabulous. I love the off the shoulder top. It was fabulous. I also would be hosting a unicorn themed graduation party for my daughter. I want to book the garden themed event space so that the décor looks magical for her special day.
